WANT TO RIDE A CENTURY OR EVEN A DOUBLE CENTURY??

 

Come join us every Saturday at Northpark Plaza (corner of Culver and Irvine Blvd) for a prompt 7:30am start time, park next to Jack in the Box.  We will be riding distance miles anywhere from 40-90 miles and up through different areas throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County and San Diego.

 

Are your legs twitching to go longer?  There will be two routes that will be offered every several weeks at 119 miles from Irvine to Mt. Baldy and 157 mile ride around Saddleback Mountain; Irvine to Oceanside and then inland through Bonsall, Temecula, Corona and back to Irvine.  We will also feature a weekend ride out to Palm Desert in October!

 

So come out and join in on some fun distance riding and make new friends.  Prepare yourself for riding hilly centuries and doubles, or just enjoy the camaraderie!

NEW TO CYCLING???

 

If youŐre new to cycling, or just want to brush up on some basic skills come out and join Ride with the ProŐs.  Log onto to www.ocw.org and click on ride calendar and then click on Ride with the ProŐs for more information.

 

We always welcome non-OCW members.  Helmets are mandatory on all OCW rides.  Please be prepared and carry a tube and C02 and/or pump.  LetŐs be safeÉ.Cyclists are required by law to follow the same rules of the road as motorists. That means stopping at ALL stop signs and signals.  Also letŐs be kind to motorists while stopped at a light and move to the left of the right hand turn pocket.  DonŐt block traffic turning right!
